I was fortunate to travel to Ukraine twice with Yevshan but I never made it to the Virsky studio, but now that my art has I feel like I have finally made it! This is an artist’s dream andas a retired Ukrainian dancer in Canada who looked up to Virsky my whole career, it was incredibly special when they received their fashion illustrations in Ukraine.
Virsky, the National Honored Academic Dance Ensemble of Ukraine, named after Pavel Virsky was founded in 1937. Now under the leadership by Myroslav Vantukh the company actively creates choreographic art in Kyiv, promoting Ukrainian dance in Ukraine and abroad.
