We are currently only shipping to Canada and United States, sign-up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page for any updates when shipping will change.

Please contact us at info@janelleknihnitski.com and let us know what you want to order. When the product(s) and shipping is confirmed we will send you an invoice in USD.  We will package and ship your order once the invoice is paid.

Allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. You will get an email confirmation (excluding items sent by lettermail)  when your payment has been processed.

Orders are packed on Mondays (excluding statutory holidays) and shipped on Friday from Vancouver, BC Canada unless otherwise specified on the website.

All payments are completed through Stripe’s payment processor. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Due to the nature of the products there are no refunds or exchanges. All items are final sale.

Human error does occur. If we sent you the wrong item, please send an email to info@janelleknihnitski.com with your order number and a picture of what we sent you.

Janelle Knihnitski is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Canada Post to inquire about any missing packages that have been declared delivered through tracking.

Any order deemed undeliverable by the carrier may result in your shipment being returned or abandoned.

Please ensure a safe delivery space is available and shipping information is correct at checkout.

If your order is shipped and returned to us due to a faulty address it is your responsibility to pay for additional shipping.

You will receive tracking information once your order (excluding items sent by lettermail) has been marked as shipped.

We wanted to provide you with high quality art at a low price point. Shipping the postcards and greeting cards as lettermail without tracking encourages an affordable option.

Acid free means that the paper’s pH is 7.0 or higher, which makes it alkaline. This kind of paper has less chemical agents involved in the manufacturing process, which makes it a more environmentally friendly option.

Acid-free paper is designed to last, it is less likely to yellow with age and won’t get brittle in the same way that paper with a higher degree of acidity can over time.

Varnish is a layer applied to a finished painting to increase brightness and colour saturation. It is good for paintings that are going to be framed without glass and to protect them from dirt, dust and other contaminants in the environment.

A canvas panel is made from 100% cotton canvas triple-primed, wrapped and glued to 1/8” stiff MDF backing.

Canvas panels are rigid, lighter and more portable than stretched canvas. This encourages lower shipping rates and framing costs.

A COA is a certificate of authenticity. It ensures the value and legitimacy of artwork and protects the artist against fraudulent artwork.

The cards are printed on 100% recycled card stock. Recycled paper is made from different grades of paper that are shredded into small pieces and then pressed and bonded together. Creating paper that is slightly speckled throughout, making each piece completely unique. Just like freckles on skin!
