Shipping Policy

CANADA POST STRIKE UPDATE
Please note that due to the current Canada Post strike we are unable to offer letter mail shipping and all orders will now be shipped with alternative carries. Our goal is to have the most affordable shipping possible (we actually absorbed the cost of shipping previously), but unfortunately we now have new flat rates in effect as the other carries have higher rates. Thank you for understanding.
The below shipping policies are not valid during this time.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We are currently only shipping to Canada and United States; please note orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

SHIPPING PROVIDER
Canadian and United States orders are shipped using Canada Post.

CANADA SHIPPING PRICES
Your purchase will be shipped to you for FREE in Canada.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING PRICES
Shipping prices are set by Canada Post based on your package weight and size. We will contact you with the shipping rates and options.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES
All shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.

If you are ordering from outside of Canada please note that the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.

SHIPPING TIMES
Please note shipping times are approximate and may be affected due to holidays or unforeseen events. They will be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

All packages are shipped at regular parcel rates (except cards). Once your order has been dropped off at Canada Post it will take 5-8 days to be delivered (for further locations 7-14 days).

Postcards and greeting cards are shipped as lettermail without tracking. Once your order has been dropped off at Canada Post, it will take 4-7 days to be delivered.

LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pick up is available to residents of Vancouver, British Columbia. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with information for local pick up. Choose the local pick up option at checkout.

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
In some circumstances due to COVID-19 shipping carriers are holding packages for an unknown amount of time. We appreciate your understanding as they prioritize the shipment of necessary items.
